Return & Refund Policy

 

At Elite Bait Co., we take pride in the quality of our fishing bait and work hard to ensure every order arrives in perfect condition.

All Sales Are Final

 

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item meets one of the following conditions:

  • The product is defective

  • The product was damaged during manufacturing

  • The product was damaged during shipping

Buyer Responsibility

 

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all product descriptions, specifications, and details before purchasing. Please make sure the product is exactly what you want prior to placing your order.

Eligible Returns

 

If a return is deemed necessary due to one of the reasons listed above:

  • Elite Bait Co. will cover return shipping costs

  • The issue must be reported within a reasonable time after delivery

  • Proof of damage or defect (such as photos) may be required

Once the return is received and inspected, a replacement or refund will be issued at our discretion.
